We are looking for a Data Analyst – Intern for the “NxtShip” Logistics Business Unit to help in transforming raw data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations. Your responsibilities will revolve around collecting, processing, analysing, and interpreting data to provide valuable observations and support data-driven decision-making within an organisation.
What you’ll be doing:
- Gathering data from various sources, which may include databases, spreadsheets, APIs, and other data repositories
- Ensuring data accuracy and consistency by cleaning, validating, and organizing data for analysis
- Build informative and user-friendly dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track business metrics like Order to Dispatch time, Dispatch to Delivery time, Vehicle Placement TAT, Pricing trends etc allowing stakeholders to have a real-time view of the BU’s performance
- Create Business Projections and forecasts basis the targets and past performances and help the team to plan the Supply strategy
- Create Powerpoint Presentations to showcase the performance, insights, plan of action etc to the leadership
What will make you a good fit:
- 0 to 1 year of experience or internship experience as a Data Analyst
- Strong Proficiency with MS Excel & Google Sheets, MS Powerpoint & Google Slides, PowerBI
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience in the Logistics Industry would be an added advantage.
