About The Role
We’re seeking an expert React Native developer to lead the mobile experience of our preschool platform across iOS and Android. You’ll take ownership of performance and reliability, and help us ship fast, delightful features for teachers and parents.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain the core React Native app for iOS and Android
• Familiar with AI tools and IDEs like Cursor, Claude Code, etc.
• Optimize performance (cold start time, memory, media handling, etc.)
• Own complex features like media uploads, offline mode, notifications
• Work with product/design/backend teams to build and polish user flows
• Ensure release stability with tight feedback loops and testing
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience with React Native and React ecosystem
• Strong understanding of app performance, debugging, and profiling
• Experience with native modules, navigation, storage, notifications
• Familiarity with app store deployment, OTA updates, and crash tracking
• Used tools like Sentry, Firebase, Mixpanel, etc.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, quality-first engineering culture
