We are looking for a skilled UI Developer who can proficiently convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive web applications. You will collaborate closely with our design team, while also having the creative freedom to independently design and develop secondary pages. This role is ideal for an individual who possesses the mindset of a designer yet has the coding abilities of an engineer.
Your responsibilities will include converting Figma and other design files into clean, responsive React components, building modern frontend applications prepared for seamless backend integration, collaborating with designers to maintain and enhance design intent, designing and developing sub-pages and non-critical interfaces independently, implementing modern UI patterns and component libraries, optimizing applications for performance and user experience, and utilizing AI-assisted development tools to expedite development cycles.
Essential Skills:
– Frontend Development: Proficiency in ReactJS, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, along with experience in responsive design and mobile-first development. Familiarity with CSS frameworks/libraries such as Tailwind CSS, Styled Components, or similar, and understanding of state management (Redux, Zustand, or Context API).
– Design-to-Code Conversion: Proven experience in converting Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch designs to code with attention to pixel-perfect implementation. Understanding of design systems, component-based architecture, and experience with design handoff tools and processes.
– Design Skills: Knowledge of basic UI/UX design principles and best practices, proficiency with design tools (Figma preferred, Adobe Creative Suite a plus), and understanding of typography, color theory, and spacing systems.
– Modern Development: Familiarity with AI-powered coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, etc.), knowledge of effective prompting techniques for code generation, experience with modern build tools mainly Vite and package managers, and proficiency with Git version control and collaborative workflows.
Nice to Have:
– Basic Node.js knowledge for API integration, experience with TypeScript, knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library), understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG), experience with animation libraries (Framer Motion, GSAP), familiarity with design tokens and design system management, and previous startup or agency experience.
This is a full-time position with benefits including paid time off and work from home flexibility. The work schedule is fixed shift with a performance bonus. The work location is remote, and the expected start date is 30/06/2025.,
