In this role, you will be based in our Pune office and work alongside a talented group of developers to design, develop, test, and launch new functionality for our platform. Your responsibilities will include developing application code according to requirements, mentoring junior team members, solving complex software challenges, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our development processes.
To excel in this role, you must demonstrate good decision-making skills, effective communication abilities, and a growth mindset that embraces continuous learning. You should have 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in ColdFusion development, including expertise in frameworks such as ColdBox, FW/1, or Model-Glue. Additionally, proficiency in front-end technologies, database applications, web services, bug tracking tools, and version control software is essential.
Ideal candidates will have a solid understanding of MVC architecture, object-oriented programming principles, and experience with tools like ColdFusion Builder and ColdFusion Report Builder. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in an Agile environment are key attributes for success in this role.
While not mandatory, knowledge of Java or other backend programming skills will be advantageous, along with experience in event management software systems or association software tools.
