Role
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Ruby on Rails Developer with 34 years of backend development experience. You will play a key role in building and maintaining high-performance backend systems, collaborating across teams, and ensuring the reliability and scalability of our core :
• Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems
• Apply clean code principles and design patterns in daily development
• Collaborate with Product, DevOps, and QA teams
• Take ownership of system uptime, performance, and service delivery
• Ensure high standards in code quality, testing, and deployments
Required Skills
• 34 years of hands-on experience in Ruby on Rails
• Strong grasp of system design, architecture, and backend engineering
• Proficiency in Sidekiq, Redis, SQL, and AWS/GCP
• Expertise in clean architecture and mentoring junior developers
Bonus Points For
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (K8s)
• Exposure to fintech or high-growth product environments
