Inновен Global helps businesses make better decisions with data – we build the tools and systems they need to understand their customers and operations. We’re looking for a Software Developer to join our growing team and help us build and maintain these important applications.
You’ll be involved in actually writing and testing code for different software applications and databases. A big part of the job is making sure the data is accurate and useful, so you’ll be analyzing information and looking for trends. You’ll also help fix any problems that come up with our systems and generally support the smooth running of our IT operations. Working with other developers and teams will be key to delivering good quality solutions. Of course, keeping everything well-documented and secure is also important.
We’re looking for someone with a Bachelor’s degree and ideally 2-3 years of experience. You should be comfortable with programming languages like Python, Java, and JavaScript, and have some knowledge of SQL and MySQL for working with databases. Knowing HTML and PHP would be a plus. Being good with Excel, especially advanced features, is also helpful. Beyond the technical skills, we need someone who can think through problems logically and communicate clearly with the team.
This position is based in India and is a hybrid role, meaning you’ll work both from the office and remotely. The salary for this role is 25,000 to 40,000 per month in-hand.
