Software Development Engineer & DevOps – Rohde & Schwarz India

We’re looking for someone to join our team and help us build and improve our software. You’ll be working with our team in Germany, learning their processes and contributing to new features. You’ll be involved in all stages of development – from designing and implementing new solutions, to making sure everything works perfectly through testing. You’ll also help improve the existing code by making it easier to understand and maintain. This includes writing clear documentation.
You’ll need a degree in Computer Science or a related field. Strong skills in C++ are important, as is understanding DevOps practices – things like setting up and managing continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines. Knowing Python is a plus! We also need someone who can write clean, well-structured code using object-oriented principles and is good at finding and fixing bugs.
Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken, are essential as you’ll be collaborating with international teams. We value people who are self-motivated, eager to learn, and enjoy working as part of a team.
This position is based in India and is a hybrid role, meaning you’ll have a mix of working from the office and remotely. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
