Backend Developer (Python FastAPI) — Backend Developer – Greater Hyderabad Area | Full‑time We need a Python FastAPI engineer to build and scale the backend of Hospixo’s AI‑driven hospitality platform. You’ll shape APIs that power POS, inventory, HR and analytics for multi‑branch restaurants and hotels. What You’ll Do Design and implement RESTful APIs with FastAPI for a multi‑tenant SaaS. Optimize existing services for performance, scalability and security. Integrate with internal modules and external partners (payment, ERP, etc.). Write clean, testable code and maintain unit/integration tests. Review peer code, troubleshoot production incidents, and improve observability. Contribute to architecture discussions and technical documentation. Collaborate daily with product, frontend and DevOps teams. What You Need 3+ years of Python development, strong FastAPI experience. Proven ability to design and consume RESTful APIs in microservices. Solid grasp of OOP, design patterns and Git version control. Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases and caching/message queues. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks. Ability to write clear documentation and conduct code reviews. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience. Good to Have Experience deploying services on AWS, GCP or Azure. Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes orchestration.
