You’ll drive daily production performance for a high‑volume Azure‑based data pipeline, ensuring technical issues are resolved within SLA and the team’s skill set continuously improves. This role sits at the heart of Wipro’s digital transformation services, offering exposure to large‑scale client environments and leadership of Production Specialists.

What You’ll Do
Monitor daily transaction metrics and performance dashboards to meet SLA targets.
Diagnose and resolve client‑facing technical escalations on Azure Data Factory pipelines.
Document queries, root‑cause steps, and outcomes for knowledge‑base tracking.
Guide Production Specialists with process best practices and technical troubleshooting.
Conduct triage‑style trainings to close identified skill gaps in the team.
Analyse call logs to spot recurring issues and recommend preventive actions.
Escalate unresolved red‑flag incidents to senior leads promptly.

What You Need
5–8 years of experience in data engineering or production support.
Proven hands‑on expertise with Azure Data Factory (pipeline design, orchestration, monitoring).
Strong background in troubleshooting Azure‑based data integration workflows.
Ability to work within defined SLA and quality standards.
Experience mentoring junior technical staff and delivering focused trainings.
Good command of documentation and incident‑tracking tools.
