What You’ll Do
Design and implement Go services for order orchestration, rider routing, pricing, and tracking.
Build WebSocket layers that handle thousands of concurrent connections per cluster.
Develop async event‑driven pipelines for telemetry, notifications, and delivery workflows.
Optimize Redis caching, Pub/Sub, geo‑queries and tune PostgreSQL schemas and indexes.
Strengthen CI/CD, observability, and performance across microservices on AWS.
What You Need
5–8 years backend development, with ≥2 years in Go (or similar compiled language).
Strong grasp of concurrency, synchronization, and async I/O.
Hands‑on experience with WebSocket servers, Kafka, and Redis.
Deep PostgreSQL expertise: schema design, indexing, and high‑load query tuning.
Background in hyperlocal consumer internet businesses (food‑tech, quick‑commerce, e‑commerce, logistics, ride‑hailing).
Good to Have
Experience with OSRM, tile38, or Redis Geo for last‑mile routing.
Contributions to open‑source Go frameworks or high‑scale mobility systems.
