What You’ll Do
Design and build scalable data pipelines for HR analytics.
Develop ETL/ELT processes across HRIS, ATS, and Payroll platforms.
Implement data transformation logic for analytics and machine learning models.
Build automated data validation checks ensuring high data quality standards.
Develop custom API integrations for model deployment and monitoring.
Document data lineage and maintain comprehensive data dictionaries.
What You Need
3+ years of data engineering experience.
Proficiency in SQL and cloud database management.
Experience with ETL/ELT tools like Informatica or Talend.
Knowledge of Python, R, or Java programming languages.
Familiarity with cloud platforms like Databricks, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Experience with Workday HCM and HRIS data integrations.
Understanding of data warehousing and dimensional modeling.
Good to Have
Experience with Apache Spark, Kafka, or big data technologies.
Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Previous experience in pharmaceutical or agricultural industries.
