What You’ll Do
Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions for ITSM and HR service processes.
Build custom objects, flows, Apex code, and LWC components to automate workflows.
Configure Service Cloud case management and approval processes for IT and HR use cases.
Implement integrations with HRIS, payroll, and identity systems using APIs and platform events.
Collaborate with product owners and architects to translate business requirements into technical designs.
What You Need
3+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience.
Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Flow.
Strong knowledge of SOQL/SOSL and the Salesforce security model.
Experience building REST/SOAP integrations and managing deployment pipelines.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
Good to Have
Experience with ITSM or HR service workflows (incident handling, onboarding, approvals).
Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools, CI/CD, and Agile delivery.
Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant).
