Fullstack – Software Engineer III – Hyderabad | Full‑time You’ll build next‑generation AI‑driven applications that let intelligent agents plan, use tools, and act autonomously. The role sits at the heart of Deloitte’s Enterprise Performance team, shaping products that combine robust backend orchestration with intuitive user interfaces. What You’ll Do Design and implement multi‑step agentic workflows with tool‑use and human‑in‑the‑loop controls. Develop REST and streaming APIs (WebSockets, SSE, queues) for real‑time agent interactions. Create responsive front‑end dashboards that display agent state, progress, and intermediate results. Architect asynchronous orchestration layers handling retries, timeouts, and partial failures. Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to embed observability, logging, and replay mechanisms. Conduct code reviews and lead technical design discussions for AI‑powered features. What You Need 6–10 years full‑stack development experience. Strong proficiency in TypeScript or JavaScript. Hands‑on experience with large language model APIs, prompt engineering, and function calling. Proven ability to implement agentic patterns such as ReAct or plan‑and‑execute. Expertise building asynchronous/streaming systems (WebSockets, SSE, queues). Solid understanding of distributed‑system concepts: idempotency, eventual consistency, backpressure. Good to Have Familiarity with Model Context Protocol or similar tool‑use frameworks. Experience with LLM evaluation tools (LangSmith, Braintrust) or custom evaluation pipelines. Knowledge of workflow orchestration platforms (Temporal, Inngest, Prefect). Contributions to open‑source AI tooling.
