You’ll work hands‑on across the stack, shaping both public web platforms and internal tools, while collaborating with a highly technical, remote‑first team. What You’ll Do Design and implement scalable front‑end interfaces with React, Next.js, and Tailwind. Build robust back‑end services using Python/Django, Node, PostgreSQL, and Redis. Create and maintain REST/GraphQL APIs and admin dashboards. Set up CI/CD pipelines with Docker, GitHub Actions, Vercel, and AWS. Optimize performance, reliability, and user experience across all layers. Integrate cloud infrastructure, authentication (OAuth, JWT, Passkeys) and deployment scripts. Contribute to blockchain‑linked features and AI‑assisted development when needed. What You Need 3+ years of professional experience with Python, Django, Node, PostgreSQL, Redis. Strong front‑end skills: JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Next.js, Tailwind. Proficiency with Docker, AWS, GitHub Actions, Vercel, Cloudflare. Solid command‑line expertise: Git, Bash/Zsh, SSH, GNU utilities. Experience implementing OAuth, JWT, and Passkey authentication flows. Independent programming track record; BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or equivalent. Good to Have Mobile development experience (React Native, iOS, Android). Rust or blockchain development background. Contributions to open‑source projects or AI‑assisted coding tools.
