You’ll work on real‑time production issues, enhance existing functionalities, and collaborate with developers, testers, and infrastructure engineers across four Indian locations. What You’ll Do Provide day‑to‑day maintenance and production support for Java‑based applications. Troubleshoot and resolve application incidents within defined SLA windows. Develop, enhance, and refactor existing code to meet new business needs. Write and optimise SQL queries for debugging, reporting, and data validation. Coordinate with development, testing, and infrastructure teams to close tickets. Monitor application performance and assist with deployment activities. Conduct root‑cause analysis and implement preventive fixes. What You Need 5+ years of hands‑on Java development and support experience. Strong proficiency in writing and tuning SQL queries. Basic exposure to AWS Cloud services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS). Proven analytical and problem‑solving skills in production environments. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining documentation standards. Experience adhering to SLA‑driven support processes. Good to Have Full‑stack exposure with Node.js and React.js. Experience using Control‑M for job scheduling. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools. Knowledge of Git or other version‑control systems.
