Software Developer – AI & Full Stack – India
Build end‑to‑end features for an AI‑driven customer‑service platform that automates support across WhatsApp, email, voice, Instagram and web chat. Join a lean engineering team reporting directly to the founders, ship fast, and help shape the product’s AI roadmap.
What You’ll Do
Develop and maintain Angular front‑end components and Express/TypeScript back‑end services.
Integrate and optimise LLM APIs (OpenAI, Gemini) for automated support flows.
Create internal tools such as workflow orchestrators, prompt managers and evaluation pipelines.
Implement WhatsApp Business API, voice AI and multi‑channel messaging pipelines.
Improve system reliability, observability and performance as traffic scales.
What You Need
3+ years of production‑grade TypeScript experience.
Strong Node.js/Express backend development skills.
Hands‑on experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.
Demonstrated curiosity and rapid learning in AI/LLM technologies.
Proven problem‑solving ability in fast‑moving, ambiguous startup environments.
Good to Have
Prior work with OpenAI, Anthropic or Gemini APIs (prompt engineering, function calling).
Experience building internal automation tools or scripts.
Familiarity with Angular or other modern front‑end frameworks.
