What You’ll Do
Design, build, and maintain journeys in Adobe Journey Optimizer aligned with business goals.
Implement audience segmentation and activation using Adobe Experience Platform.
Configure entry events, decision logic, and multi‑channel messaging steps.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into robust journey designs.
Integrate and validate data flows into AEP, ensuring identity alignment and data quality.
Troubleshoot journey issues, resolve delivery problems, and improve operational stability.
Create reusable components, templates, and best‑practice guidelines to accelerate deployments.
What You Need
BE/BTech/MTech or MCA/MSc/MBA (or equivalent practical experience).
3–5 years of hands‑on experience with Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe ecosystem projects.
Proven expertise developing and supporting journeys in Adobe Journey Optimizer.
Strong grasp of customer‑journey concepts, segmentation, and campaign execution workflows.
Ability to analyze problems, debug configurations, and communicate solutions to technical and non‑technical audiences.
Experience configuring event triggers, decision nodes, and channel integrations.
