You’ll get hands‑on exposure to building bots, dashboards, and digital platforms for a retail giant with 370+ stores across India. What You’ll Do Identify repetitive HR processes and propose AI‑automation use cases. Develop prototypes, bots, and workflow automations for recruitment, onboarding, and PMS. Build internal HR platforms such as skill‑intelligence and talent‑marketplace tools. Create AI agents for employee queries and manager self‑service dashboards. Map skills, design taxonomy frameworks, and deliver predictive talent analytics. Pilot emerging AI applications, measure business impact, and report to leadership. Document transformation roadmaps and support change‐enablement initiatives. What You Need 0–1 year experience with Python or R for data analysis and model building. Hands‑on knowledge of SQL and a BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, or similar). Familiarity with RPA/automation tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or similar). Ability to design and deploy chat‑bot or conversational AI prototypes. Experience creating dashboards and data visualisations for workforce planning. Understanding of HR lifecycle processes (recruitment, onboarding, performance). Good to Have Exposure to HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors). Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure) for AI deployments. Agile/Scrum project‑management background.
