Join a high‑impact data engineering team that safeguards Kantar’s research platform against fraud while enabling data‑driven decisions for global brands. Work closely with operations, commercial, and data‑science groups on mission‑critical systems that power worldwide market‑research insights.
What You’ll Do
Integrate data from databases, APIs, and external sources into a unified ecosystem.
Design, develop, and maintain ELT pipelines ensuring accurate and reliable data flow.
Document data models, pipelines, processes, and lineage to enable team‑wide knowledge sharing.
Automate manual workflows and optimize data delivery performance.
Set up monitoring, alerts, and automated retry mechanisms to detect and resolve pipeline issues quickly.
Mentor junior engineers and share best practices across teams.
Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to translate models into production‑ready pipelines.
What You Need
5+ years experience in data engineering, warehousing, and business intelligence.
Proficiency with AWS services (Redshift, S3, Lambda, ECS, SageMaker).
Strong Python and/or R programming skills.
Advanced SQL expertise and data‑modeling techniques.
Hands‑on experience building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and principles.
Experience using DBT and PowerBI for data transformation and reporting.
Good to Have
Knowledge of Azure Databricks or other cloud platforms.
Exposure to MLOps or machine‑learning pipelines.
