IN_Manager_ AI/ML Engineer __ Data & Analytics _ Advisory _Mumbai — AI/ML Engineer – Manager – Mumbai | Full‑time Lead the design and delivery of cutting‑edge AI/ML solutions that help clients turn data into strategic advantage. This role sits in PwC’s Advisory Data & Analytics practice, where you’ll shape enterprise‑wide LLM projects and drive measurable business impact. What You’ll Do Lead end‑to‑end AI/ML initiatives for complex client engagements. Build and fine‑tune LLMs using Hugging Face Transformers and LangChain. Create large‑scale data pipelines with Spark and manage model experiments via MLflow. Deploy micro‑services (FastAPI) on Kubernetes with Helm and service‑mesh integration. Automate CI/CD workflows using GitHub Actions or Jenkins and IaC tools (Terraform/CloudFormation). Implement vector‑database and RAG solutions for semantic search and chatbot services. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical designs. What You Need 8–12 years of AI/ML experience, including at least 4 years in LLM development. Advanced Python proficiency; familiarity with Go or Rust is a plus. Hands‑on experience with Spark, Git, MLflow, and major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). Expertise in micro‑services architecture, Kubernetes orchestration, and Helm charts. Practical knowledge of model serving (vLLM, TorchServe, TF Serving) and quantization/distillation techniques. Strong background in feature engineering, embedding optimization, and A/B testing. Ability to produce low‑level designs for micro‑service‑based solutions. Good to Have B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA/MBA in a relevant field. Prior industry experience deploying AI/ML products at scale. Familiarity with Agentic AI and generative AI workflows.
