ETL Developer – India
You’ll lead daily ETL operations and data‑integration workflows for a fast‑growing consulting practice. The role is pivotal for ensuring reliable data refreshes, supporting client reporting, and driving continuous improvement across the data pipeline.
What You'll Do
- Manage end‑to‑end ETL jobs, daily refreshes, and validation activities.
- Monitor pipelines, troubleshoot failures, and conduct root‑cause analysis.
- Act as the primary client contact for operational updates and issue escalations.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align data delivery with business needs.
- Communicate status, risks, and resolutions clearly to stakeholders.
- Participate in SLA tracking and Agile ceremonies (JIRA).
- Document processes and maintain operational runbooks.
What You Need
- 4.6–6 years of hands‑on experience with SQL, Python, Oracle IICS, and Linux.
- Proven expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining ETL/data‑integration solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities in SLA‑driven environments.
- Experience working in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) settings using JIRA.
- Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and deliver timely updates.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
Good to Have
- Exposure to cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Familiarity with data‑quality frameworks or testing tools.
