Join a globally distributed team to build the tech backbone of the Dreamwave events platform, leveraging Node.js and GCP. You’ll shape backend architecture while collaborating across design, 3D, and production disciplines, ensuring high‑availability during live streaming events.
What You’ll Do
- Develop backend services in Node.js tightly integrated with GCP and Firebase.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, 3D artists, and producers on feature delivery.
- Lead small projects and contribute to larger initiatives as a technical lead.
- Design and implement custom integrations such as payments, CRM, ticketing and CMS.
- Manage and scale GCP infrastructure to support live‑event traffic.
What You Need
- Minimum 3 years building secure, production‑grade Node.js applications.
- Hands‑on experience with Firebase services: Functions, Firestore, Realtime Database, Compute.
- Strong understanding of multiplayer, async concepts, state management and data flows.
- Proven ability to design scalable database schemas for performance.
- Effective remote communication and time‑management skills.
