We need a proactive engineer who will own end‑to‑end development of scalable web applications, collaborating closely with product, design, QA and other engineers.
What You’ll Do
- Design and launch full‑stack features using React/Next.js and Node/Express.
- Build responsive UI components and state management with Redux Toolkit.
- Create and maintain RESTful APIs and micro‑service back‑ends.
- Optimize PostgreSQL and MongoDB schemas for performance and reliability.
- Review code, mentor junior developers, and enforce best practices.
- Diagnose production issues and implement long‑term fixes.
What You Need
- Strong expertise in React.js, Next.js, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Proven experience building backend services with Node.js, Express.js, and REST APIs.
- Hands‑on knowledge of PostgreSQL and MongoDB database design.
- Proficiency with HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and Git version control.
- Ability to design component‑based architecture and optimize performance.
- 4–7 years of full‑stack development experience in agile teams.
Good to Have
- Docker and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
- Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with Jest and React Testing Library.
The Opportunity
