Staff Developer (.NET Core, React, MS SQL Server)

Join a dynamic Agile team building enterprise‑grade web applications. You’ll craft .NET Core services, React interfaces, and MS SQL Server back‑ends for Emerson’s Lifecycle Services IT portfolio. What You'll Do Design and implement .NET Core REST APIs with authentication, versioning, and middleware. Develop responsive React components using Redux/Context, hooks, and API integration. Create and optimize MS SQL Server schemas, stored procedures, and performance‑tuned queries. Lead feature design, translating business needs into API contracts and UI architecture. Integrate internal and third‑party services, handling authentication and data transformation. Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and reduce technical debt. Manage CI/CD pipelines and Agile delivery using Azure DevOps. What You Need 5–8 years full‑stack development with .NET Core and React. Proven ability to build ASP.NET Core REST services, middleware, DI, and JWT/OAuth2 auth. Strong React expertise: modern JavaScript (ES6+), hooks, Redux or Context, responsive design. Deep experience with MS SQL Server: complex T‑SQL, stored procedures, indexing, performance tuning. Ability to design and version REST APIs, handle authentication flows, and integrate third‑party services. Proficient with Git, Azure DevOps CI/CD, and Agile sprint processes. Excellent English communication for documentation and stakeholder collaboration. Good to Have Experience with .NET 6/7/8 features like minimal APIs, SignalR, or gRPC.
