What You’ll Do
- Design and build .NET/C# backend services and Angular front‑ends.
- Create and tune SQL Server schemas, queries, and stored procedures.
- Integrate solutions with Azure or AWS cloud services.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and architects on new features.
- Write clean, maintainable code and participate in peer code reviews.
- Diagnose and resolve production issues promptly.
- Contribute through the full software development lifecycle, from requirements to deployment.
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
- Proven Full‑Stack experience with .NET/C# and Angular (v2+).
- Strong SQL Server knowledge, T‑SQL and Entity Framework.
- Hands‑on experience with Azure or AWS cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and micro‑services architecture.
- Version control using Git and Agile development practices.
- Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
Good to Have
- Exposure to React or Python for supplementary development.
- Understanding of compensation processing and data automation.
