What You’ll Do
- Design and implement scalable Go services using goroutines and channels.
- Optimize PostgreSQL and MongoDB schemas, queries, and indexes.
- Build real‑time features with WebSockets and hub patterns.
- Debug and resolve production issues focusing on performance and reliability.
- Write clean, modular code and comprehensive documentation.
- Contribute to architecture reviews, testing, and code reviews.
- Monitor health and performance using observability tools and metrics.
What You Need
- 2–3 years of hands‑on Go development experience.
- Strong expertise in concurrent programming (goroutines, channels, sync primitives).
- Proven work with PostgreSQL and MongoDB schema design and query optimization.
- Familiarity with clean architecture and modular backend design.
- Ability to troubleshoot production systems and analyze performance bottlenecks.
- Experience collaborating with cross‑functional product and engineering teams.
Good to Have
- Prior implementation of WebSocket client/server hub patterns.
