Join the Data Analytics team that fuels decisions across marketing, supply chain, store operations, and finance. You’ll partner with business leaders to turn raw data into actionable insights, leveraging cutting‑edge statistical techniques and modern AI tools.
What You’ll Do
- Execute data analysis supporting merchandising decisions using established frameworks.
- Prepare data, run scenario analyses, and summarize results for stakeholders.
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and basic models to monitor performance.
- Apply predictive and diagnostic analytics techniques under senior guidance.
- Query large datasets with SQL and GCP BigQuery, ensuring data quality.
- Collaborate with data engineering to validate pipelines and document analysis logic.
What You Need
- 2–6 years overall experience, with 1–3 years in data analysis.
- Proficient in SQL, including joins, volatile tables, and query tuning.
- Hands‑on with at least one BI visualization tool (Power BI, Looker, Tableau).
- Familiarity with structured/unstructured databases (Oracle, Hive, HDFS).
- Experience using GCP BigQuery, Spark, or similar data‑warehouse platforms.
- Knowledge of Python or R for statistical modeling and regression techniques.
Good to Have
- Retail, merchandising, or marketing domain experience.
- Basic understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
- Experience with Git and agile development workflows.
