What You’ll Do
- Design mechanisms to discover and inventory all AI‑related identities across environments.
- Define lifecycle controls for creation, rotation, suspension, and decommissioning of AI identities.
- Implement least‑privilege access models and policy‑based controls for AI service accounts.
- Continuously monitor identity behavior, flag anomalous activity, and investigate risks.
- Conduct security assessments, threat modeling, and control validation for AI identity usage.
- Develop SOPs, runbooks, and reporting dashboards to track AI identity posture.
What You Need
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
- Strong experience in identity and access management, IAM, or security operations.
- Hands‑on expertise with Zero Trust, delegated authority, cryptographic identities, and short‑lived credentials.
- Practical knowledge of securing service accounts, APIs, and machine‑to‑machine access.
- Understanding of AI/ML pipelines, model execution, and agent‑based systems.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills to translate risk into action.
Good to Have
- CISSP, GIAC, or cloud security certifications.
- Familiarity with NIST, ISO, and emerging AI governance frameworks.
- Experience designing proof‑of‑concepts for new AI identity security tools.
