What You’ll Do
- Build scalable Salesforce solutions with Apex, LWC, Flow, and Process Builder.
- Design and maintain integrations via REST, SOAP, Bulk, and Metadata APIs.
- Own full development lifecycle from analysis to deployment and documentation.
- Enforce Salesforce architectural patterns and coding standards across the team.
- Manage version control, branching, merging, and CI/CD using Salesforce CLI and Copado/AutoRABIT.
- Write comprehensive test suites to ensure quality and reliable releases.
- Partner with business, project, and QA teams to translate requirements into solution designs.
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of IT solutions development in medium-to-large enterprises.
- At least 4 years of hands‑on Salesforce development, including Apex and LWC.
- Experience configuring Salesforce CPQ and platform declarative tools.
- Proven work with Salesforce Web Services APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk, Metadata).
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities in complex technical environments.
Good to Have
- Certifications such as Platform Developer I/II or Application Architect.
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Field Service Lightning.
- Familiarity with Agile development and business intelligence/reporting tools.
