What You’ll Do
- Lead end‑to‑end design, development, testing, and deployment of payment micro‑services.
- Prioritize and estimate tasks alongside product and business stakeholders.
- Automate build, deployment, and monitoring pipelines for continuous delivery.
- Drive code‑review, design trade‑offs, and adoption of standards within the team.
- Mentor junior engineers and champion best‑practice engineering processes.
- Own service reliability, reporting status, and risk mitigation for the assigned product.
What You Need
- Strong Java development experience with Spring Boot, Spring Batch, and REST APIs.
- Hands‑on expertise in micro‑services, event‑driven architectures, and Kafka messaging.
- Proficiency with container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Maven, and Git‑based workflows.
- Solid understanding of secure coding (OWASP, CWE) and automated code‑quality tools.
- Ability to design, test, and optimize high‑throughput, low‑latency systems.
Good to Have
- Experience with Oracle or other open‑source relational databases.
- Familiarity with static analysis tools like Sonar, Zally, or Checkmarx.
