What You’ll Do
- Design and develop AI‑powered chatbots and virtual assistants.
- Build and deploy AI agents to automate routine business processes.
- Translate business requirements into generative‑AI automation workflows.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems via APIs and MCP.
- Analyze logs and operational data to derive insights and performance alerts.
- Create documentation, monitoring agents, and support materials for AI deployments.
What You Need
- Strong experience with Generative AI, LLMs and Agentic AI concepts.
- Proven ability to build AI assistants or chatbots.
- Proficient in SQL and Python for data retrieval and analysis.
- Hands‑on experience integrating APIs and enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or A2A integrations.
- Knowledge of responsible AI, security, and compliance standards.
Good to Have
- Experience in analytics or Global Analytics CoE environments.
- Exposure to Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
- Understanding of data privacy and secure AI deployment practices.
