What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and own Java microservices deployed on Kubernetes/PCF.
- Apply 12‑factor app principles and Mastercard engineering best practices.
- Conduct code reviews, pull‑request submissions, and retrospectives using Git.
- Collaborate with engineers, test specialists, TPMs, and product managers.
- Ensure security, performance, and scalability of services in production.
- Drive continuous improvement within an Agile delivery framework.
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Strong foundation in Java development and PCF/Kubernetes.
- Experience with PostgreSQL or Oracle at large scale.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript and Angular.
- Hands‑on experience with Git‑based CI/CD pipelines.
- Demonstrated leadership and effective communication skills.
Good to Have
- Background in commercial card or corporate banking payments.
