Drive quarterly and multi‑quarter delivery planning, managing risks and dependencies. Guide technical design, code reviews, and architecture decisions across web and cloud services. Remove blockers and ensure predictable, high‑quality software releases. Champion AI‑assisted development tools and innovative proof‑of‑concept initiatives. What You Need 10+ years software engineering experience with production delivery. 2‑4 years leading and growing engineering teams. Strong hands‑on skills in JavaScript, React, Node.js, Express. Experience designing data‑driven apps and working with databases. Proficiency with AWS services and serverless architectures. Expertise in CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Argo CD, and automated testing. Good to Have Built customer‑facing SaaS or digital experience platforms. Designed and operated scalable, secure cloud‑native applications on AWS. Developed proof‑of‑concepts using AI‑assisted coding tools like Copilot. Advocated responsible AI adoption and modern software practices.
