What You’ll Do
- Design and ship production‑grade microservices with AI integration.
- Define scalable system architecture focused on performance and extensibility.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
- Contribute across the SDLC, including automation and testing.
- Maintain a shared system design repository for reliable AI behavior.
- Evaluate code quality, security, and performance, human‑or AI‑generated.
What You Need
- 10+ years in software development and large‑scale system design.
- Strong fundamentals in OOP, distributed systems, and scalable architecture.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, Scala, Go, Node.js, or C/C++.
- Experience building SaaS applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Expertise with relational and non‑relational databases and advanced SQL.
- Knowledge of queues, event‑driven architecture, and workload distribution.
- Demonstrated technical leadership and best‑practice coding standards.
