What You'll Do Lead and mentor a global team of Senior Integration Solution Architects. Drive talent development and clear career paths in modern cloud integration. Partner with segment CIOs to align integration roadmap with business goals. Define a 3‑to‑5‑year API‑led and event‑driven architecture strategy. Establish and enforce global integration standards across MuleSoft, Azure, SAP BTP. Chair the Integration Design Authority to review high‑impact architectural designs. Manage vendor relationships, compliance, and reporting to the Global Integration Director. What You Need Minimum 5 years of people‑management experience for technical integration teams. At least 8 years in CPG/FMCG, retail, or manufacturing enterprises. Deep knowledge of Order‑to‑Cash, Procure‑to‑Pay, and supply‑chain processes. Expertise in iPaaS/API management (MuleSoft, Azure API Management, SAP BTP). Experience with event‑driven architecture and message brokers (Solace PubSub+, Azure Service Bus). Hands‑on familiarity with SAP S/4HANA/ECC ERP integration. Proven track record governing B2B/EDI platforms such as OpenText or GXS. Good to Have Certifications: TOGAF, ITIL, SAFe, or Agile leadership. Platform‑specific credentials (MuleSoft Architect, Azure Solution Architect, SAP BTP). Demonstrated values‑based leadership and strong influencing skills.
