What You'll Do Lead, coach, and manage a team of DevOps Engineers, Consultants, and Architects. Drive hiring, onboarding, career development, utilization, and performance management. Deliver DevOps architecture and consulting on strategic Salesforce engagements. Define technical standards for CI/CD, DevSecOps, AI‑assisted engineering, and release governance. Create reusable assets, accelerators, reference architectures, and Centers of Excellence. Partner with sales and delivery leaders on pre‑sales, solutioning, RFPs, and PoCs. What You Need 12–15 years IT experience, with 8+ years in Salesforce DevOps or CI/CD. 5+ years leading technical consulting or DevOps engineering teams. Deep expertise in Salesforce DX, Metadata API, Salesforce CLI, and deployment automation. Hands‑on experience with Copado, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, and CircleCI. Strong knowledge of Platform Engineering, GitOps, DevSecOps, IaC, Docker, Kubernetes, and observability. Experience integrating AI tools like Claude, Gemini, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor into workflows. Excellent consulting, customer engagement, and executive communication skills. Good to Have Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform Developer, Application or System Architect). Experience with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) and multiple Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Data).
