What You'll Do Build and ship production‑grade software using modern engineering practices with AI‑enhanced workflows. Design complex systems where AI agents integrate seamlessly into human workflows. Maintain shared system context repository documenting designs, constraints, and standards for reliable AI operation. Critically evaluate code—human or AI‑generated—for correctness, security, performance, and quality. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure stability and scalability of the CRM platform. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code‑review processes. What You Need Proven AI‑first engineering mindset, leveraging AI tools to accelerate development. Hands‑on experience with AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot). Advanced prompt engineering skills for generating reliable, secure, production‑ready AI outputs. Strong programming foundation; proficiency in Java, Python, or comparable languages. Experience designing, building, and testing scalable cloud services. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks. Good to Have Big‑Data/ML expertise, including S3 data pipelines. Hands‑on with streaming platforms like Kafka. Experience with Elasticsearch, Terraform, Kubernetes, and Docker. Background in a fast‑paced multinational tech organization.
