What You’ll Do
- Lead architecture and performance assessments for complex Industries Cloud implementations.
- Review end‑to‑end solution designs, Apex code, data models, and integrations.
- Analyze transaction paths for latency, throughput, concurrency and reliability risks.
- Validate designs against platform constraints and realistic workload models.
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend bulkification, indexing, caching, or async processing.
- Produce risk assessments, remediation plans, and track findings to closure.
- Contribute reusable patterns and automation to improve SPARK engineering practices.
What You Need
- 10+ years in software engineering, Salesforce architecture, and performance validation.
- Deep expertise with Apex, SOQL, DML, asynchronous Apex, and platform governor limits.
- Hands‑on experience troubleshooting large‑scale Salesforce Industries Cloud solutions.
- Strong ability to design workload models and performance tests reflecting peak TPS.
- Proficiency in debugging logs, traces, and runtime telemetry across tiers.
- Experience with Java or Python alongside Apex development.
- Excellent communication skills for technical discovery and design reviews.
Good to Have
- Consulting or advisory experience in regulated, high‑scale industries.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications (Architecture, Development, Industries Cloud).
- Experience assessing high‑volume APIs, event‑driven, batch, or multi‑system integration flows.
