What You’ll Do
- Design and ship cloud‑native Agentic AI applications at scale.
- Fine‑tune, evaluate, and deploy large language models in production.
- Implement observability standards: regression tests, monitoring, feedback loops.
- Integrate agents with internal/external services via MCP‑based patterns.
- Collaborate with PMs, architects, developers, and data scientists to deliver AI features.
- Use AI coding agents to accelerate development while ensuring rigorous verification.
What You Need
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS, ML, Data Science, or equivalent.
- 5+ years building cloud‑native, distributed systems and APIs.
- 2+ years delivering AI/ML systems in production (ML pipelines or LLM‑based).
- Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or Java with strong testing and security practices.
- Experience with MCP or similar model‑to‑tool integration patterns.
- Strong technical writing and communication for documentation and cross‑functional influence.
Good to Have
- Experience building AI applications in CAD or manufacturing domains.
- Hands‑on with AWS, SageMaker, and cloud platforms for scalable training/deployment.
- Familiarity with Transformers, PyTorch, Lightning, or Ray frameworks.
