You’ll work on end‑to‑end web experiences, APIs and cloud infrastructure that enable seamless, AI‑enhanced learning. What You'll Do Build and maintain full‑stack web applications and microservices for the Trailblazer Community. Own AWS cloud resources and Terraform code, ensuring reliable infrastructure. Design, implement, and automate CI/CD pipelines for rapid delivery. Leverage AI‑assisted tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, Copilot) to accelerate development. Define architecture focused on scalability, security, performance and accessibility. Partner with product, design and engineering peers to ship user‑focused features. What You Need Hands‑on experience with AWS and Terraform for infrastructure management. Proven track record building CI/CD pipelines and automating releases. Deep understanding of web fundamentals: HTTP, REST, CORS/CSRF, browser rendering. Expertise designing scalable APIs and microservices with clean architecture. Strong CS fundamentals: OOP, data structures, algorithms, and relational databases. Full‑stack generalist mindset to troubleshoot end‑to‑end issues. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good to Have Active use of AI‑driven developer tools such as Claude, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot. Experience with containerization platforms like Docker, Kubernetes or Heroku. Familiarity with test‑driven development and automated accessibility testing. Knowledge of modern web frameworks (Ruby on Rails, Node/Express, Python).
