What You’ll Do
- Design and build the web version of the flagship product.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define feature requirements.
- Conduct code reviews ensuring quality and coding standards.
- Identify and fix performance bottlenecks, bugs, and technical issues.
- Optimize software for efficiency and scalability.
- Partner with product, UX/UI, and stakeholders to meet business needs.
What You Need
- 4+ years of software development experience.
- Strong Python and Java coding skills.
- Solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, OOP, and multithreading.
- Experience with MongoDB and distributed system concepts.
- Hands‑on with AWS services: CDK, Lambda, Step Functions, API Gateway, ECS.
- Proficiency with message queues: Celery, RabbitMQ, Kafka.
- Experience building REST APIs and using CI/CD tools like Jenkins or CodePipeline.
