Full Stack .Net Engineering Lead

Join a high‑impact team where you’ll lead full‑stack design and delivery, mentor senior engineers, and drive adoption of AI‑enabled development tools. This role blends deep C# and React expertise with large‑scale AWS cloud architecture, giving you exposure to modern DevOps and cutting‑edge technologies. What You'll Do Architect scalable solutions using C#, React and AWS services. Lead design‑first engineering culture: ideation, validation, iteration. Drive AI/ML and GenAI integration into production systems. Guide cross‑functional teams through delivery excellence and code reviews. Develop proofs‑of‑concept to assess technical feasibility. Mentor junior developers on architecture, coding standards, and innovation. Ensure cloud security, monitoring and performance best practices. What You Need 12‑14 years of technical and delivery leadership. Strong C#/.NET development and React SPA experience. Hands‑on expertise with AWS (EC2, ECS, Lambda, S3, RDS, etc.). Proven microservices, Docker/Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipeline implementation. Experience designing relational databases and optimizing performance. Solid knowledge of Python and AI/ML frameworks. Track record of mentoring teams and leading architecture discussions. Good to Have AWS Certified Solutions Architect. Serverless and event‑driven architecture experience. Familiarity with design‑thinking tools like Miro or Figma. Additional language expertise such as Python.
