What You’ll Do
- Lead architecture and governance for data engineering, warehouses, and databases.
- Design and oversee ETL/ELT and CDC pipelines across relational and NoSQL sources.
- Build scalable lakehouse solutions using Snowflake, Databricks, Apache Iceberg, and S3.
- Manage PostgreSQL, MySQL, Aurora, MongoDB Atlas, and DynamoDB environments for performance and security.
- Drive incident response, root‑cause analysis, and preventive actions to improve service reliability.
- Lead cost‑optimization initiatives across cloud platforms and data infrastructure.
What You Need
- 8+ years in data engineering, warehousing, or database engineering.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, PySpark, and ETL/ELT frameworks.
- Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL, MySQL, Aurora, and NoSQL databases.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services (Glue, S3, DMS, DynamoDB).
- Expertise in Snowflake, Databricks, or Apache Iceberg lakehouse platforms.
- Experience with CI/CD, GitLab, Terraform, and Agile delivery.
