We are seeking a senior backend engineer to design, develop, and maintain Azure‑based services that process image files, integrate AI/RegEx, and handle real‑time API data flows. You will work on a high‑impact project for a leading healthcare organization, ensuring compliance and performance at scale.
What You’ll Do
- Design and develop scalable .NET Core backend services.
- Build RESTful APIs and microservices for real‑time data exchange.
- Optimize API performance with caching, indexing, and parallel processing.
- Deploy microservices on Azure Service Fabric for distributed workloads.
- Ensure HIPAA‑compliant data transmission and access controls.
- Create CI/CD pipelines and automate releases using Azure DevOps.
- Implement distributed tracing with OpenTelemetry.
What You Need
- 10+ years total software development experience.
- Proven healthcare domain expertise.
- Strong .NET Core, C#, and PostgreSQL skills.
- Hands‑on experience with Azure App Services, Functions, Service Bus, and Redis Cache.
- Ability to write high‑performance SQL queries and Postgres functions.
- Experience building RESTful APIs secured with OAuth2 or JWT.
- Familiarity with Azure Functions for event‑driven processing.
