What You’ll Do
- Serve as 1st‑level support for Cronos applications (CIRP, REQ, RPDM, eClinRO, ePRO).
- Deploy code to UAT and Production, following approval and change‑management processes.
- Manage ServiceNow change requests: planning, tracking, execution, documentation, and audit readiness.
- Monitor application and infrastructure health via API checks, logs, and response‑time analysis.
- Administer networking, VPN tunnels, certificates, CIDR and cloud/on‑prem connectivity per standards.
- Implement IaC using Terraform/CloudFormation and automate environment provisioning.
- Build and optimise CI/CD pipelines to improve release speed and reliability.
What You Need
- 3–5 years in DevOps, release engineering or SRE.
- Hands‑on CI/CD pipeline and deployment automation experience.
- Proficiency with GitLab, SonarQube, Jira and ServiceNow.
- Linux/Windows server administration and OS patch management.
- Working knowledge of AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with networking (firewalls, VPN, DNS, load balancers, SSL).
- Scripting in PowerShell, Bash or Python.
Good to Have
- Experience supporting regulated healthcare or life‑science applications.
- Certifications such as AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform or DevOps.
- Knowledge of container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong troubleshooting, communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
