What You’ll Do
- Design and implement scalable Python micro‑services and APIs.
- Collaborate with leads, testers, product managers and designers to deliver on schedule.
- Produce detailed task estimates and manage scope changes.
- Apply best practices in OOP, functional and asynchronous Python coding.
- Integrate streaming and messaging technologies such as Kafka and Spark.
- Write and maintain automated tests using PyTest or Behave.
What You Need
- 4+ years of commercial Python development (Python 3.7+).
- Strong experience with Django or Tornado frameworks.
- Proficiency in Numpy and Pandas for data processing.
- Hands‑on expertise in Docker, Kubernetes and micro‑services architecture.
- Solid understanding of async, multithreading/multiprocessing, and advanced Python features.
- Experience with Kafka, Spark, and RESTful API design.
- Agile development background and testing using PyTest/Behave.
Good to Have
- Domain knowledge of financial services systems.
- Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
