What You’ll Do
- Develop and enhance features for ARL’s digital platforms.
- Translate specifications and acceptance criteria into working code.
- Debug and fix bugs, understanding existing codebases first.
- Write automated tests and verify your implementations.
- Integrate APIs, databases and business workflows.
- Participate in code reviews and document your work.
- Communicate blockers early and ask clear questions.
What You Need
- Working knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Familiarity with React/Next.js or Node.js.
- Comfortable using Git and command‑line tools.
- Strong logical reasoning and problem‑solving ability.
- Curiosity to learn unfamiliar systems quickly.
- Ability to receive and act on feedback.
