What You’ll Do
- Write clean, scalable code following .NET standards and design patterns.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and enforce version‑control best practices.
- Diagnose, fix, and prevent bugs while maintaining system stability.
- Design normalized database schemas and optimise SQL queries for performance.
- Plan sprints, estimate effort, track progress, and communicate status.
- Mentor junior developers and lead technical discussions.
What You Need
- BCA/B.E./B.Sc. (IT) or equivalent technical degree.
- 3‑5 years of .NET development experience.
- Proficient in ASP.NET, C#, VB.NET, MVC, .NET Core, and Angular.
- Strong SQL skills with MS‑SQL/Oracle and query optimisation.
- Solid grasp of OOP principles, design patterns, and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with code repositories, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
Good to Have
- 3+ years leading teams in an IT product development environment.
- Hands‑on experience with Scrum/Agile and micro‑services architecture.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and mobile app development.
