Software Development Engineer 3 – Microsoft Dynamics Developer

You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders, turning business requirements into scalable, AI‑enabled applications. This role blends deep technical expertise with collaborative problem‑solving. What You'll Do Design and customize Dynamics 365 CRM solutions per business needs. Build plugins, custom workflows, and actions using C# and .NET. Create and deploy model‑driven and canvas Power Apps. Implement data migration and integration pipelines with SnapLogic or SSIS. Write unit tests and ensure code quality with testing frameworks. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define scope and deliver outcomes. Incorporate AI‑driven automation into Dynamics 365 workflows. What You Need 5+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development experience. Hands‑on work with Dataverse schema, security roles, and customizations. Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, and SQL. Experience building Web API integrations with third‑party services. Power Apps development expertise for canvas and model‑driven apps. Knowledge of event‑based architecture and platforms like Kafka. Familiarity with source control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines. Good to Have Understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies. Experience with Power BI and business analytics reporting. Monitoring tools knowledge such as Splunk, Grafana, or New Relic. Scripting skills in PowerShell and exposure to MongoDB.
