What You’ll Do
- Design, code, and debug ServiceNow custom applications and modules.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via REST, SOAP, and scripted APIs.
- Lead architectural decisions and produce technical design specifications.
- Mentor junior developers and enforce best coding practices.
- Perform automated testing using ATF and maintain code quality.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements.
What You Need
- 7+ years ServiceNow development experience.
- Deep knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, ITAM modules.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Angular/React.
- Experience building UI components and custom workflows.
- Strong understanding of REST, SOAP, and script APIs.
- CSA and CAD certifications required.
Good to Have
- Experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework.
- Prior exposure to CSM/FSM/PPM modules.
- Leadership experience in a technical team.
